Another self-written song by JOOHONEY, ‘Electric Heart’, is based on MONSTA X’s signature 2010s R&B sensibility and sensuously unfolds the emotions of love that make a cold heart that had stopped beating again.

‘That’s My Girl’ portrays confusing emotions that cross between reality and fantasy and an intense attraction that cannot be escaped over a groove combining funky rhythms and R&B sensibility. HYUNGWON’s self-written song ‘Sweet Night, Sweet Morning’ gently wraps up the album with delicate expressions of tender longing and hope based on lyrical melodies and acoustic sounds. Even as they move between different colors, when the album is heard as a whole, everything ultimately converges into one MONSTA X, and that organic flow is precisely the strength of [The Phase].
